Any ideas?

I wondered if anyone can help suggest what might be going on here. I have had my lovely '06 TF for six years during which time absolutely nothing has gone wrong. It has been completely reliable and great fun. Occasionally when taking off in first gear the whole car shakes terribly, but then it is fine in all other gears. This doesn't happen all the time, but is usually when the car has warmed up, happening only when taking off in first. There is never an issue in any other gear. It doesn't happen all the time but has become a bit more noticeable of late. First sign of a need to replace the clutch?
