Remove headliner with/without windscreen?

Hey,



I messed up my headliner with foam (wanted to clean it :/) now some part is sagging down and as ive read it is unrepairable unless i put a new headliner.



Doess the windscreen need to be removed to get the headliner off?

How long does it take to take it off & put the new one in the car?



I'm thinking of alcantara but what is the average price for this?
