220SD Not Starting Help!

Been trying to sort out my old diesel 220 for use around the farm at home, but she won't start.



Car has been sat up for about 6 months.



Symptoms are:



Will not draw fuel from tank or can,



no fuel being injected.



Does this sound like fuel pump internals seized?



Solenoid clicks when given +VE.



Used to working on VW's nowadays so no idea where to start on this one.
