45 diesel rough idle

hello all



i have been getting a rough idle on my 45 diesel it comes and goes, the car vibrates and the engine sounds like its going to cut out but it dosent , if i turn the car off and restart it, it seem ok for a bit then it happens again,



i have checked the maf and the egr and put some good fuel injector cleaner in the car but dose not make any difference



any ideas
