Fitting HEKO Wind Deflectors.

Bought a set of HEKO wind deflectors for my MG Express Van but not sure how to fit them lol. When you offer them up to the area to fit they appear too long. They come with 4 little metal things that when you look at the rather feeble instruction that is enclosed look like they fit into the window rubbers but appear too big & I have no idea as to what they are supposed to do?



Anyone fitted these?
