Fog Light Switch not working/centre console not lighting up

Hi all,



My Cabriolet project is sooo close to its MOT now, but I cant get my fog light switch working/centre console/dashboard to light up.



I've tested the fog light switch with a volt metre and a battery and it works/lights up when pressed, I have also tried to test the plug that the fog light connects into and the blue wire didn't pass through any power through. I've checked the circuit diagram in the Haynes manual but I cant seem to find the other end of it (C16/5 = plug end and I cant find the other end C64/5) http://ift.tt/1paxxXd - so that's problem number one.



And problem number two is when you turn the external lights on the centre console doesn't light up.



Does anyone have any advice?
