Preparing for the worse....

It's likely my 'F will be written off so need some pointers on a replacement.



At least I've got a decent knowledge of the cars now - when I bought mine I didn't have a clue!!



So, given it's a 2nd car for a bit of fun, max budget about £1500 (depends a bit on what I get for mine), F or TF?



Mine's a Mk2 so has many of the TF bits anyway - I wouldn't want a Mk1.

I know I'd need to try it myself, but is the TF suspension that much harder?



Is the 1.6 much slower, or not really in the real world (vs the MPi)?



Has the TF any common problems/things folks don't like that the F doesn't have.



Wouldn't mind a 135, not that fussed with a VVC.



Any other advice.
