mgf battery drain and drivers door lock not working with key?

battery goes flat after 24 / 48 hours

had someone come out and test, who thinks its to do with the alarm

I have all ready swap the ecu + 5as but that made no difference, and still went flat

the alarm beeps the horn when it goes off, and I haven't heard it in the night, as he said the alarm may be going off but not sounding the horn.

here is the report:

Tested battery, found satisfactory.

Tested residual battery drain with all systems off.

Noted parasitic drain 0.042 amps which is high.

Residual current drain with all systems off is just 23 milliamps so this

will certainly not flatten the battery overnight

It's most likely the alarm/security system is causing the current drain

overnight. I recommend the alarm ecu is sent for testing for weakness

to RF interference and excess current draw when armed.

and now on to the drivers door lock

cant get the key all the way in?

only goes in about 70 / 75%

tried spraying some wd40 in the hole to clean it out ect

but still cant get the key in

the person who did the testing on the electrics said

The drivers door latch mechanism is faulty, latch return spring broken?
