Sunroof rubber tubes

I just checked why water was dripping from the sunroof. One of the rubber tubes is blocked so the water cannot drain away.



Obi won question for you (Talksport listeners will get that).



Can I remove the offending rubber tube to unblock it, it disappears down the B pillar somewhere and I am worried I will never get it back in?
