Variable intermittent wipers

One feature of the Rover 800 stalks is that they have a control for variable intermittent wipers, but despite many efforts, it has never been possible to make this work successfully.



I'd like to try and resurrect the project with an idea.



How about we create an entirely separate unit for the timer circuit? This then pulses the flick wipe function.
