clutch noise/judder but not slipping
help needed please, I've got a 2001 1.6 45 over the last week the clutch in 1st & reverse has been really juddery, then a few days ago the clutch pedal felt strange, it went really light, but was still working as it should (it still didn't like going into 1st or reverse without crunching a little bit) but yesterday when i was out driving i came up to a junction selected 1st, went to pull away and it all of a sudden started to scream as i lifted the clutch pedal, it did its juddery thing and pulled away, i continued to select 2nd,3rd,4th,5th gears all ok without noise, but 1st & reverse was really bad. when I'm parked if i engage 1st then start to lift the clutch is makes a noise which i can only describe as swooshing noise, sounds like high speed rubbing, until i completely lift my foot from the clutch pedal, the clutch was changed last year 5k miles ago, along with a re-con gear box, but it did have to go back for a oil leak in the box where a oil seal was replaced, this all happened before i got the car, but its all been running fine until now, any ideas on what to do, I've looked at the master & slave cylinders & they both look leak free, just not really sure what's next apart from a clutch removal.
