T4 in Staines area

Does anyone know of a T4 owner near Staines ( Garage or fellow enthusiast)

My CDTI has a very low tick over speed .I have changed an injector after doing a leak back test but it has not cured the problem .

I feel plugging into a T4 might shed some light on the problem.
