Absolute nightmare, need experienced advise

Long story short I was driving along, hit a speed bump and 3 of the 4 bolts on the main engine mount have snapped off flush with the block.

The bottom bolt is fine and had just worked loose which is probably what caused the extra stress on the top 3.

The top 3 will need drilling out of the block though and I need to know if I'll be able to drill them out with the block in place or if I'll have to pull the engine.

I'm hoping I can raise the engine up on the left and get enough access with a right angled drill attachment to get them out that way.

Thoughts?

And also am I correct in thinking I'll need a cobalt drill bit to tackle them? I'm sure that's what I needed to use when drilling out an manifold stud
