Are all MG TF front seats standard fit?

Recently purchased a TF 160 and the front seats have seen better days, have seen on E Bay some nice leather options,daft question but are all the seat fixings the same regardless of year etc also is it easy to change seat belts.



Really pleased so far but there seems to be a lot of interior trim rattle at low speeds,sounds like could be windows or door panels, have checked all fixings etc.



Any help or advice would be very much appreciated
