Clock stuck at 1:02?

Had battery off for over a week, connected back up and everything is fine bar the fact the clock (Trafficmaster) is stuck on 1:02.

I've disconnected the batt again, left it 5 minutes or so, reconnected it, but to no avail. Any suggestions?
