Sun visors

Hi all



The passenger side visor flaps about like a broken wing. I have it on the bench, but it's a pretty questionable design, with an ill fitting bow spring that interferes with a flat on a spindle, all held together with a poorly fixed lid. Anyone know of an alternative, or is it a case of like for like replacement.
