25 going on a diet

not been around on here for a while, but I do still have a rover, its a 2003 rover 25 1.4 16v 3dr.



its an impression s3 so pretty basic, already done the tb upgrade so running at full speed. this was for sale but it appears everyone is scared of owning a rover these days so im keeping it for now.



anyway ive had loads of these cars and a few metro gtis, so the idea is to try and get it as light as possible for as little as possible.



ideas people, I will be stripping it anything I don't need will go.



first purchase is a bucket seat. got a cobra seat for £15 and weighs 13kg, so bye bye seats.



apart from the obvious things to remove, I will be trimming things down too, but all ideas are welcome.



some people may frown upon this but its just a bit of fun for me, see what a difference it makes to the 1.4 and fuel economy.



also parts I may remove would require a new home if anyone needs anything let me know.
