Difference between xpower and tempest

Is there a difference between xpower grey and tempest grey? They seem to have the same colour code LEF so why two names?



I looked at a colour chart in halfords and they only had one colour grey for LEF and to be honest it didn't look the same shade as what I've seen on the internet. I can't work out what the deal is with these greys.
