Hi newbie with a query on Rover 45 PSF

Hi there, I have just bought a 2003 Rover 45 il and noticed the power steering fluid is on low, I went out and bought Silver Hook Universal PSF to top it up but noticed it mentions Ford Mercon Ford M2c 33G as well as Dexron II & Dexron III? is it ok to use this in my car? Thanks
