maf query

hi on another thread i mention adjusting turbo and using obd reader etc it was here i discovered my engine only revs to 4k so obviously MAF is not 100%

I am looking to buy digimafam when i get paid and also believe this will rectify in a fashion poor maf's..is this correct and is there anything else i need to be weary off...shall try brake cleaner as experiment.
