Windscreen wiper issue
Ever since I got the 620si, I've been having an issue. The wipers leave water streaks - as if they're not "taking" properly. Its a small to medium annoyance most of the year, as driving in the rain is pretty much as driving with a fron windscreen smothered in some kind of clear gel. In winter time, its a real hazard, and ice/snow build up on the wipers unless its over -10'C and I run heater towards the window at full blast all the time.
I've tried pretty much all blades I could think off, tried carfully bending the wiper arm (in case it got bent before my time, so as to be angled incorrect beyond what the blade "tilt" can compensate for), I've changed the windscreen completely, cleaned it thoroughly with car window cleaner and water rinse, put on extra tension springs on the wiper arm joints... the issue remains the same, even if the wipers are brand new. Currently I have 2 week old Bosch blades. Probably the best I've tried so far, but vision is still a nightmare in rain.
Any tips on this? Mechanism works great, and I've recently changed to a different type of nozzles to get a more even coverage, no real difference unless there is dry dust on the windscreen though. My R620 is LHD, but I guess it shouldn't make /much/ difference.
I did a small video to try to show this - but its difficult to capture on camera. The result is like using wipers where someone went over the rubber blade edges with rough sandpaper.
