brake help from zr to 45 please

Hi,

I have managed to acquire a mk2 54plate zr 120 petrol which im breaking,the chrome mirrors and rather nice looking brakes are going onto my 45 td conny.

im assuming-and I aint to stupid around cars-swap discs/calipers/caliper carriers and should be straight forward swap-is there anything in anyones elses experience that I should know or is it as easy as it looks.

I am pretty competent-swapped many gearboxes/ fitted clutches/ head gaskets and cambelts all over the years even fitted a 2.5di transit engine into a fiesta and yankee engine into a people carrier but I have learnt always ask and always learning!!

brakes on my solid disc 262

zr brakes 282 grooved/drilled vented

has discs at back too but not sure if worth it to retrofit to 45??
