My MGF lives.

Well approx 2 weeks ago I posted to say car had the dreaded HGF after 47k (1997) plate. So after crying into my beer I decided I loved her too much to scrap.So £368.45p later she lives again.Had everything done Timing belt, Tensioner,Water pump and a suspect looking Top hose at the same time.The only thing I was dissapointed in was that the garage didn't seem to flush the water system so ended up with a lot of oil in my nice newly filled antifreeze mixture.So I set about it and did the clean myself yesterday and now only a few spots of oil in the expansion tank, is that exceptable or do I need to get it all out? if all needs to come out what do the org members use to clean/flush the system? Thanks in anticipation.
