p0170 R25 1.4- flashing EML/Judder when idle

Another issue has arose and I fear it may be clinging to life.

It has just come back from time in the garage for a new camshaft sensor and was fine for a while, but is now reporting code p0170 (Fuel trim malfunction) and a misfire on cylinder 2 (p0302)

It drives ok considering it's age and condition, but when I idle (I.e. Sit at lights or in traffic) the car starts juddering after a few seconds and then the EML starts flashing (p0170) until I start accelerating/moving again. It's been reporting a Cyl2 misfire for ages on and off, but sods law says that when I took it to a garage, it behaved!

It is burning through coolant like it is leaking, I have to re-fill the tank every week or so at the moment. I've even taken to driving it carefully.

Not sure what it can be, I have read that it may be the Lambda sensor but wondered how I can narrow down the problem myself, and if the work can be done by someone with little mechanical experience (but not daft) Don't really want to take it to the garage as can't afford the labor costs on top of the parts at the moment.

I suspect it has something to do with something letting too much fuel into somewhere, but my knowledge of engines is shaky - More of an IT/DIY sort of guy
