replacing gear linkage

Hi,

I own 45 td with the usual rattly gear stick..

However I currently have a zr120 which im breaking and has lovely nice positive gearchange and no rattle.

Can the linkage from the zr be used in the 45-or at the least swapping the bits that cause the rattle.
