Running the paper clip
I paid £400 for my streetwise L series. It's a winter hack I don't want to spend any money on it other than maintenance and legal obligations and Next year I'll sell it on.
It came with a duff maf - unplugging it improved the bottom end, pins 1 & 5 it runs great.
I've now been running at 20PSI with a paper clip for a week (no other mods) and the car feels great to drive.
I would like to buy a DGM1 and replacement MAF from Ron(had one on my 45 and it was great), but I'm wondering if I'm better off saving the money due to the low value of the car?
Is there any danger to running clipped?
