TF 160 Wont Start.
Afternoon chaps and chapettes...
Im going to view a TF tonight.
I've been told that there has been a new starter fitted but the car wont turn over.
I've also been told that there is a burst pipe under the car.
My first thought would be that it has been driven whilst the pipe was burst causing it to over heat and well die..
There is no oil/water mix but could this be leaking into the piston area rather than water/oil mix?
Is there a quick way to check the cambelt? I'll check the alternator belt and also the fuel cut off switch in the engine bay.
What else should I look for as common faults for non-start/not turning over?
Should I get my breaker bar and see if the engine turns by hand?
All help would be greatfully appreciated :broon:
If everything else looks good I'll be looking to fix it and drive it
