Airscarf mod.

I did the airscarf mod in summer and have only really used it the last couple of days. Problem is, although the air is flowing to the outlet at the headrest its not very warm. I blocked the second airvent near the footwell, so was hoping to get a good blast of warm air. The rest of the system is working ok giving out plenty of heat at dash vents, screen and footwell. Any ideas??
