Finding the trouble source in my tune
Well there has been once building thread of mine 45 but it is gone, however I have gone mostly the same way like ZS Phil does :)
Gt1852V with td200 injectors and a remap by myself to reduce smoke. Mostly set up to max 65mg/stroke values.
The day before I have made a new inlet piping with 76mm silicone elbows, a 76mm aluminium pipe.
The only small oil leak I have from the turbo is visible here but I can't find a suitable silicone hose to replace the old R25 hose :)
Next bad thing is that the shaft play on the turbo is nearly 1mm because it is very noticeable with the finger.
Now the bad thing I have been on the dyno :D Here is the result:
EGT max 700°C, Boost holding at 1.7 bar with 2.4 bar EMP
Here is the dyno print with Gt1549 + SDI's and a remap
Was really near to set the car on fire lol :D Where is the trouble source for such a loss of power ??
