Brake pins all ceased

Ugh, bought some 262 vented callipers from eBay, says they all work but can't get ANY of the pins out. All ceased at the top. Applied heat, hammered once that sit a bit higher, nothing... I'm think I might as well drill them out and use the ones already on the car... Any ideas?
