Heater Matrix Help/Dash removal.

Hey everyone,

Theres many things i have done on the MG/Rovers in the past but Dash removal is not one of them! Nether is changing a Matrix. Im just looking for any tips and maybe a rough guess how long it will take me and my brother to do this job.



Im about to buy the matrix so its here for Saturday but i thought i would ask the forum first just in case something might stop me from doing the job.



Just to clarify, The heaters don't get hot, maybe slight heat after a hour but not even warm. No saab valve fitted, Everything else for example HG, Pump etc has been changed. Its been like this for over 2 years and around 18000 miles.



Its a MGZR 160 2003 with air con. Cable behind heater dial was off but have repaired it and this was broke when we did have hot heaters so i know it hasn't effected it in any way.
