loose side repeater

went to fit the mk1 side repeaters i had the other day only to find the driver side repeater on the car was loose. i have the 180 kit on my zs and the side repeater doesnt fit directly to the wing as on standard zs, instead there is a metal plate stuck on to the inside of the wing vent trim. the trouble is the adhesive has failed so the repeate rattles about. i managed to remove the metal adapter to clean off muck and rust to allow me to bond it back in place. it explains a slight rattle i had from that side which i would never have found if i wasnt fitting the mk1 repeaters. this has also happened on one of my spare 180 wings in the shed when i checked on them. it wont be going anywhere now i have bonded it in place.

i posted this just to let people with the 180 kit know if they didnt already, worth a look as those little rattles can be annoying as we all know.

i changed the original repeater as the bulb cover had come loose on one unit, bit tof luck in the end.
