new turbo trouble starting...

45 l series saloon 52 plate.
turbo went on mine not so long back, sourced and fitted it tho last week. Managed after about 5 mins of cranking got her started very lumpy idle and on revs plenty of black smoke, I did clean out intercooler and pipes along with intake pipes along with back box but safe to assume still some oil around left to be burnt out. However today I figured put plenty diesel in it and leave her running on drive for the afternoon to clear out her lungs. After fully charging battery she was still very slow cranking and would not start??? I removed injectors and engine cranked over freely. I done this a few times to clear any oil out of chambers, put injectors back in still very hard to crank, tried one at a time but still very slow, hard crannking. I am presuming tomorrow night after work put some petrol or spirits through injector holes leave to soak until boxing day and try again however any tips,hints or experiences on resolving this appreciated. Not looking for someone else to do the thinking for me just looking for advice and guidance along this.
