race setup mg zr ( camber )

does anyone knows what a good/ideal setup ( camber degrees ) is for a mg zr 160 ? (Using adjustable topmounts) and want to buy rear camber plates.

Car is completely striped and I only want to use the car for trackdays.

And anyone knows what the ideal height of the car is ( uses a coilover set )
