Rover 420 SLDI rear (disc brake) wheel bearing change...

Hey, my 420 needs a rear wheel bearing, its one with discs on the back, how easy are they to do? is it a case of strip off the brakes and undo the hub nut, pull off the old one and push the new one on, or am i being far to optimistic ?? any help greatly appreciated.
