Advice needed on poor hangers on new exhaust

Hi guys,

I've not been around for a while due to some health problems but am now making a start on the car again.

After purchasing a stainless system for my "F" on fleabay last year I am just now looking to fit it ( my health is a little better now) but I have found the hangers rather poor to say the least. Due to the length of time since my purchase I cannot really now say its not good as I should have done that straight away.

Has anybody tried to adjust them?????

I was thinking to just warm them up and try and bend them to the correct place any body done the same????
