Camshaft are all the same?

guys i have a question for the experts on diesel

the camshaft have the same lift and duration in all models?

we have a lot of L-serie but they all have small differences,maybe a rover sd or sdi could be differente of a 25 45 or zr zs. or even a land rover l-serie could have a difference like they have with the con rods.
