Hi, I am new member with a few problems!

Hello, I have a problem with my MG TF 1.6 SPARK. Having left it in the garage for a few weeks the battery has gone flat.I charged the battery up , but now nothing seems to work. There is no alarm showing on the dash, the car will start but only runs for a few seconds, the windows,fog lights and door locking/opening system is non functioning. Can anybody help, or is this a unique experience.Thanks
