Can anyone indentify this windbreak mounting?

This is fitted on the 75th but only this mounting extrusion so would like to identify it so that we can hopefully get the windbreak to fit:-











As it was fitted by some previous owner might as well try to use it and am assuming it is a windbreak/stopper mounting.



Any help would be appreciated.
