inlet manifold gasket (torque)

just changed mine 2 weeks ago. now losing more coolant than before. lol. at the time I couldn't torque the nuts up properly. torque wrench too big. any of you guys/girls done this job what type of wrench did you use. going to buy a new wrench and gasket and do the job again over easter. any help would be appreciated.
