K series cylinder head quick question

As title says jst a quick question which i think i oready no the answer to but want to double check, so straight to the point i have a 1.8k series with dizzy cap on so is an early type of k series just wondering if all the cylinder heads are the same and if i take a cylinder head off a car with coil packs will i can use the head ? obviously will have to use the correct cams with rotary arm on and the cam/rocker cover but is everything else the same as in size of valves etc?



it may seem like a silly question but would rather double check lol
