Towbar for 52 plate ZR TD

I'm looking for a towbar to fit a Dave Cooper motorbike rack onto. Can anyone recommend a towbar that is easy to fit and doesn't require cutting the bumper?

Found this (I have the same rear bumper) on a post on the MGZR site, it looks ideal but not sure who manufactures it.
