216 Soft top - rear window replacement

Hi all,



Can anyone tell me what kind of job it is replacing the rear window of a 1996 216 convertible?



I can see zips and Velcro, is it that easy ?? or is there more to it ??



Are there any specific tool, components, glue etc I will need?
