FOB Problem

Hi

I have LL53 KXZ Blue Cityrover and I got 2 Fobs with 2 actual Keys, but from last week one of fob is not working and I have no idea from where I can fix it, even I changed battery and light came up when you press the button but not pick up signals to open the car or start the car. And I am scared that if one day second one also will stop working then even I can't start the car by the keys.

and also my radio asking for CODE. I am really in haddock after getting the car.

please anyone can help me to sort out this issue
