Home made Hydragas fluid confirmation question

I have bought one of the eBay pumps to top up my suspension, I have been reading many different posts on the fluid but am now a little confused...



As I understand it, it seems many have used 50/50 mix of antifreeze and distilled water with no adverse effects.



Now to my simple mind antifreeze is the same as coolant and having recently changed my coolant after an SS pipe upgrade I have a couple of litres of the stuff left over - can I mix this with distilled water to make the fluid, is that sufficient?
