Is £650 reserve a bit ambitious?

Sorry if you've already read this... I posted it on the wrong part of the forum..

Hello, I was wondering if someone might be able to advise. I've been saving up for the last couple of years or so to buy a shed and clear out the garage so that I could by a classic car and keep it at home. I had every intention of getting an old 60s style car, but back in October last year I got offered a Rover 216SE Cabriolet in Nightfire done 71k with good history. It's a 1995 N reg Honda DOHC engine. It's had the later dash and leather fitted along with a new roof 2 years ago and clutch last September. I have to say it looks well when it's cleaned up, albeit with the normal age related marks.. Although nothing serious. I'm just about to put a MOT on it and have been told it's as solid as they come underneath. Unfortunately though I will be ebaying it, as I really did have my heart set on a old Westminster, P6 or Hillman. So after all that waffle, does anyone think I'm away with the fairies to put the £650 reserve on it? Thanks for taking the time to read this.
