MGF Misefire

Since the heavy rains my MGF suffers badly from misfire.

Sso far new plugs and leads, new rotar arm and cap and now new fuel filter. Still getting the problem.

Today for example: Fired the car up and she sounded perfect, went for a drive along the beach, stopped for a coffee and then headed for the M27. Hit 90 on the motorway and she sounded nice. Came off the motorway after 10 miles and stopped at a junction. Pulled away and she started to stutter and miss. The drive home got worse and worse.

Made it home and tried again 4 hours later, still missing.

Any ideas what this could be please.
