MAF sensors

Hi all,



My brother is a mechanic and is having problems with a diesel 75.



The car has no power so he unplugs the MAF and the car flies.



He buys a new Bosch MAF, fits it and the car is still gutless unless the MAF is unplugged.



Tries another MAF and same problem.



Anyone any ideas ?



They were genuine MAF sensors.
