my 45 won`t start after headgasket change

hi folks

need some help please i brought a rover 45 facelift model

on 54 plate changed the clutch and changed the headgasket..

put it all back together but now she just WON`T START..



i have checked the timing about 5 times and it is spot on the rollpins are in the correct place, there is fuel getting through and i have a spark at every plug..

so i am at my witts end trying to figure out why she won`t start she turns over and tries to fire a couple of times then just goes back to turning over.

i also get a couple of bleeps whilst i am trying to start her but the immobilizer is off

i can open and lock the car of the fob and the red light goes out on the dash..

checked all connectors SO I AM AT A TOTAL LOSE
