Original warning triangle figment on boot lid

Hi everyone,



I have an original rover warning triangle that fits on the inside of the bootlid so it is visible when the boot is open.



I removed it from my previous zt and it's been sitting in a box for the last 5 years. On getting it out to fit to my present zt I have lost some of the small clips that secures it. From memory they are square pegs that push Into the back of the triangle frame and then into the boot lid. Can anyone recommend where I can obtain replacements? I any find a listing for this part anywhere. If it helps I can provide the original part number when I get home at the weekend.
